I’m Kaylin, the heart and hands behind Rose+Joy!
I’m a mom of four, and in the beautiful chaos of everyday life, floristry has become my creative outlet, my calm, and my passion. What started as a love for flowers has grown into something much deeper—a way to bring beauty, meaning, and emotion into life’s most special moments.
I also grow many of my own flowers, which makes each arrangement even more personal and intentional. There’s something incredibly special about nurturing blooms from seed to centerpiece, and I love being able to share that connection with my clients.
I believe flowers tell stories. Whether it’s a wedding, a celebration, a farewell, or a simple “just because,” each arrangement I create is thoughtfully designed to reflect the feeling behind it. I’m inspired by nature, seasonal blooms, and the little details that make something truly personal.
Balancing motherhood and creativity has taught me the value of intention, care, and connection—values I bring into every bouquet I design. My goal is not just to make something beautiful, but to create something that feels meaningful and memorable.
